Politics is "sleazy"? How dare you.

John Major's taken the WILD step, of suggesting that Labour's ten year rule hasn't been completely squeaky clean.

But nobody's perfect, are they John?

Ah that evening...when all the rest of the Tory boys were going out for a Chinese, and you decided you'd have a curry instead...

Labour are sleazy though, aren't they John.

When is politics not? It's playground bullying for grown-ups. Watch BBC Parliament (oh, go on!) and you'll see fully grown men and women laughing/jeering/howling/hooting at each other in parliamentary debates.

Mud-wrestling would probably be about as mature, but the Tories would just end up slinging it.
